Take care of your hand, sir!

I was reading cnn.com today when I saw this photo:

Notice the officer that was lifting the lady. Don't you think his hand is a bit inappropriate?

(Moral of the story: Please take care of your hand position when taking photos)

    I think its a lady officer William. And you really can't say if that was intentional. The photo could have been taken at a moment when she was just reaching out and her hand was in that position.
