This post is gonna be a short reminder to me....
A good communication could only be achieve if the person answer the query in the questioner's mind. Hence LISTENING to what is actually the main concern of the counter party is important.
It is not about getting a right statement to answer the literal question but it is about addressing the curiousity of the other party.
